Training for the New Year

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio: Many people think Australian ball is all about the toughness but if you can’t keep up with your teammates you’ll never have the opportunity to block. Run and row, if possible, to build strength and stamina.
Resistance Training: This doesn’t just mean weights. Invest in resistance bands and work with someone else who can provide a human force – that’s the best way to get accustomed to what it feels like when you’re struggling for the ball.
Yoga: Yes, yoga. The bets football players are extremely light on their feet as well as flexible and American yoga is a great way to accomplish these goals. You’ll feel calmer and balanced and when you hit the field you’ll be a force to be reckoned with. Just trust us on this one.

Secrets to Baking in a Convection Oven

There are not many secrets to baking in a convection oven that do not apply to baking in a real oven. The user needs to know about the reduced cooking times. If he does not keep the reduced cooking times in mind, he will burn many of his baked goods. Convection ovens work by circulating air throughout the stove. Unlike the normal oven, a convection oven is designed to circulate the air to cook heat more evenly.
